Quality Control Clerks work under the supervision of quality control managers and have the following responsibilities: ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, compiling data from various samples, preparing reports, and performing clerical duties for quality control staff.

Essential Duties
- Produce monthly reports using advanced Excel spreadsheet functions.
- Working independently and or with teams.
- Analyzing data to identify potential quality issues.
- Review reports for phone usage, claims activity and create analytics to determine trends.
- Audit internal customer service by reviewing recorded calls and voicemails.
- Clerical work
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient typing skills (45 words per minute or more).
- Accurate in Data entry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask.
- Efficient listening skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
- High school Diploma
