What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
- Build relationships and understand customer needs
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up to keep conversations moving
- Keep customer activity organized in our system
This is a communication and appointment-setting role. You will not be responsible for selling vehicles.
What to Expect Day to Day
- Handle incoming customer inquiries throughout the day
- Communicate with customers via phone and text
- Set and confirm appointments
- Follow up with leads
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
No two days are the same, and the day goes by quickly.
Compensation and Growth
- $40,000 to $60,000 per year
- Hourly pay plus uncapped bonus
- Performance-based earnings with no cap

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers, texting, and email
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus
- No automotive experience required
