What You'll Do
- Work within a growing facilities department on a wide variety of projects
- Respond to emergency facilities requests
- Change HVAC air filters in all buildings per schedule and record information in log book
- Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc
- Utilize MaintainX platform to receive, track and complete work orders

- Ability to work independently and prioritize
- HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical experience a plus!!
- Record information in computer software program
- Ability to troubleshoot facility issues
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- At least 18 years of age
