Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes.
  • Engage in sales activities when appropriate to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Typing proficiency is required for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
