This position is responsible for leading, training, and motivating front-end staff to maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and productivity. The supervisor will manage scheduling, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. By monitoring performance metrics and providing constructive feedback, the Front End Supervisor ensures that team goals align with the company’s objectives.
