Temporary HR Generalist

Our client is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to help them manage their daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, compensation, employee engagement, onboarding, and administration practices. This position is remote and offers a pay range of $35-$38 per hour for a contract duration of 3 months.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•Onboarding: Assist with smoothly onboarding new hires (f/t, contractors, payroll).

•Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process.

•Administration: Processing of time sensitive life cycle changes.

•Compensation: Assist with the administration of the annual merit cycle and ongoing compensation needs.

•Employee Engagement: Assist with the management and execution of employee activities.

•Offboarding: Manage the process of transitioning exiting employees.

•Experience with Paylocity preferred.

Education and Experience:

•Least 2 years’ experience in the Generalist capacity

•Workday experience

•MS Office experience

Physical Requirements:

•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

•Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

•Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
