Part-Time Position
The Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1895 is seeking a dependable, service-oriented bartender for a part-time position. This is a great opportunity for an individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys building positive relationships within a member-based organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prepare and serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks to members and guests
● Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area
● Verify identification and ensure responsible, compliant alcohol service
● Accurately handle cash transactions, including nightly till reconciliation
● Foster positive relationships with members and guests
● Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
● Adhere to all applicable state and local alcohol service laws, as well as Aerie policies
● Assist with setup, light cleaning, and closing procedures as needed
REQUIREMENTS
● Must be 18 years of age or older (21 preferred)
● Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
● RAMP/TIPS certification required, or willingness to obtain certification
● Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
● Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy in handling cash
