Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, providing excellent service in fine dining settings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.73 - $18.56 per hour
