Entry-level New Business Development Responsibilities:
- Own your territory and generate 100% new business
- Set monthly appointments through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach
- Maintain a strong prospect pipeline
- Work side-by-side with a supportive sales team and experienced managers who invest in your success
- Leverage tools like Compass and ConnectWise to track and dominate your sales game
Entry-level New Business Development Qualifications/Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B outside sales
- Demonstrated fearless cold calling and prospecting is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-driven focus
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift, push, pull 30 pounds
- Bachelor's degree OR relevant sales experience
- Stellar communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
