We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing commercial loan documents from application through servicing, while supporting loan officers. The ideal candidate will deliver consistent, high-quality service, maintain strict confidentiality, and interact professionally with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial loan legal documents in accordance with approvals, regulatory requirements, and bank policies.
- Order and track required documentation.
- Review and prepare documents for loan closings; ensure completeness of loan files.
- Disburse closed loans, review fees, and process payments to outside partners.
- Provide administrative support to Loan Officers, including customer outreach for documentation and financial information.
- Communicate with customers, brokers, attorneys, and municipalities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in commercial lending, loan administration, or banking operations is preferred.

- This position is based in Farmington, Maine.
- A hybrid schedule will be considered for the role.
