Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a recently hired Director of Digital Marketing and the Head of Sales to drive innovation in the firm's go-to-market strategy.
- Lead 10 people, including a highly technical team of software engineers
- Work closely with the CTO and a Salesforce admin
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
- Partner closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as senior leadership
- Improve engineering processes and workflows
Must-Have Experience:
- Must have managed a team of 5 developers/engineers
- Must have deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce
- Must have partnered closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Must be able to work on-site in Boston twice per week
- Must have experience working in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience building innovative client engagement strategies
