Overview
A leading organization in the legal sector is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance the implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This role begins as a 3–4 month contract with a strong opportunity to transition into a full‑time permanent position based on performance and project needs.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on ServiceNow administration expertise, strong HRSD module experience, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of HRSD workflows, case management, knowledge bases, and employee service portals.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational processes.
- Perform system administration tasks including user management, access control, data imports, reporting, and platform maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.
- Support testing activities, including UAT, regression testing, and documentation of test results.
- Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Contribute to ongoing ServiceNow roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating onsite in Chicago 2–3 days per week.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, HRSD) are highly desirable.
Contract-to-Perm Opportunity
