Responsibilities
- Design and build automation-first GTM workflows to eliminate manual work
- Integrate and orchestrate data across tools (CRM, enrichment, analytics, etc.)
- Improve data quality, enrichment, and accuracy across GTM systems
- Develop AI-enabled workflows and automations to drive efficiency and insights
- Deliver 6 meaningful automation projects within your first 6 months
Must-haves
- 2 years building technical systems, automations, or data workflows
- APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Databases / SQL / data structures
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Workato, Clay)
- Some exposure to B2B sales/marketing data or CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
