About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing B2B software company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across strategic accounts.
This is a full-cycle sales role suited to a proactive business development professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and managing complex sales processes from initial engagement through to close. The successful candidate will join a high-growth organisation that partners with large enterprise customers to solve operational and business challenges through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and account development activities
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision makers within the target organisations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Conduct discovery meetings, solution presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records
- Represent the organisation at customer meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
Required Experience
- 7 years of enterprise B2B sales experie
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong business development and outbound prospecting capabilities
- Ability to engage senior decision makers and executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling software, technology, business services, consulting solutions, or other complex offers
- Background working with enterprise customers across multiple industries
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams in a global environment
