- Strong expertise with Python, SQL, Spark, and modern lakehouse technologies
- Experience building scalable cloud-native data platforms
- Strong knowledge of AWS environments
- Open table format experience required
- Background leading globally distributed engineering teams
- Experience within highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments preferred
