Conflicts Analyst | New York (Hybrid) | Up to $90,000 Bonus
A leading professional services based firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to with a strong background in conflicts and risk management who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess conflicts relating to new hires.
- Conduct conflict searches and analyse findings using internal systems and research tools.
- Identify potential ethical, regulatory and commercial risks, providing clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts efficiently and support onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years' experience in conflicts, risk or compliance.
- Strong understanding of conflict management and ethical risk assessment.
- Experience using Intapp
