About the Role
You will lead efforts to migrate data from legacy shared drives to secure platforms, ensuring compliance and reducing risk. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate and remediate data from shared drives to approved secure platforms.
- Manage shared drive retirement and provisioning of collaboration systems.
- Communicate project updates and governance requirements to senior stakeholders.
- Support compliance initiatives, including GDPR and privacy-related processes.
- Maintain defensible audit histories and ensure adherence to governance policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years in information governance or data management.
- Strong technical skills in data migration and platform management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with governance principles and secure data handling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and document management systems (iManage preferred).
Role Details
- Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in-office: Mon–Thurs, 1 remote day: Fri).

- Salary: $104k–$143k (target $130k).
