The FrankCrum Marketing & Social Media Internship Program provides experiential learning that integrates classroom knowledge with hands-on content creation, professional marketing tools, and real-world B2B social media execution. This internship is designed for students interested in content creation, employer branding, sales enablement, and modern social media strategy.
FrankCrum seeks a junior or senior year college student able to secure temporary accommodations in Florida’s Clearwater/Tampa Bay area during the summer of 2026!
This is a paid internship at $20.00 per hour. The on-site, full-time position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (one hour lunch) with flexibility.
FrankCrum’s office location is 100 South Missouri Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756. Eligible applicants should be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media Strategy, or a related program. This program is anticipated to begin on Monday, June 1st, and will continue for 8-10 weeks.
The FrankCrum Marketing & Social Media Intern will encompass the following areas for the duration of the internship:
FrankCrum, a family-owned business-to-business entity since 1981 made of several companies: FrankCrum Corporate (a professional employer organization), FrankCrum Staffing, Frank Winston Crum Insurance Company, and the FrankCrum Insurance Agency - all based in Clearwater, Florida. This “family of employer solutions” employs approximately 400 people who serve over 4,000 clients throughout the United States. FrankCrum employees are trained to deliver high value through exceptional customer service and treat clients and coworkers like family. The FrankCrum headquarters spans 14 acres and includes a cafe, subsidized for employees.
