As a Media Manager at Chacka Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms. You’ll manage day-to-day media operations, allocate budgets, ensure proper pacing, and drive toward performance goals like ROI and CPA.
In addition to campaign execution, you’ll play a key role — mentoring specialists, partnering closely with analytics teams, and ensuring media strategy aligns with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and other paid media platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are fully aligned with client goals, audience targeting, and channel best practices.
- Own media planning, including budget allocation, forecasting, and tactical execution.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor pacing, spend, and performance daily; make real-time optimizations to improve results.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement strategic and tactical solutions.
- Collaborate with the analytics lead to ensure accurate and insightful performance reporting.
Team Mentorship & Collaboration
- Train and mentor channel specialists ensuring strong execution and professional growth.
- Work closely with Account Leads to ensure media efforts align with broader client strategy.
- Participate in QBRs, client calls, and strategic planning sessions as a media expert.
Qualifications:
- Min of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Search, Social, and/or Programmatic).
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize toward performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of media buying platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DSPs.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Prior agency experience and team leadership a plus.
