Essential Qualifications
· Self starter – attention to detail
- Able to perform physical and mental requirements of the job.

Education/Experience
Business Associate or above preferred. Knowledge and experience in Quickbooks and Office Suite a plus.
Physical Demands
This position operates in a casual office environment and routinely requires use of standard office equipment. Physical demands to include but not limited to sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 20 pounds, transfer of deliveries to shelves, and keyboard use hands/fingers.

- Maintaining vendor, customer & equipment files
- Marketing Activity to include but not limited to coordination of website, social media, recruitment etc.
- Project Manager Support - job costing, create job numbers, apply for permits, schedule inspections, contract review, invoicing, prevailing wage etc.
- Human Resource Functions to include but not limited to maintaining confidential employee files, job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination of apprentice program, employee benefit program, etc.
- Standard office functions including but not limited to answering phones, document filing, etc
