Construction Office Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as handling phone calls and mail, greeting clients and updating records. Must have experience in Quickbooks. Must be able to multitask. Experience with digital marketing a plus. Salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
