What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXPERIENCED Heavy Equipment Operator position at Frank Norment Homes, LLC?
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience operating grading equipment and the ability to work efficiently on construction and/or roadwork projects while maintaining high safety standards. A candidate should aspire to grow individually, as well as want to see the company grow. This person should be responsible, hard-working, and reliable.
**Forklift operation alone does not qualify as heavy equipment experience for this position.
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, chainsaws, etc.
- Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and site drawings.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain a professional working environment
- Have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work (West GA and surrounding area)
- Be honest and dependable
- Available to complete a working interview
- Pay and compensation based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
