At Aloft Denver Downtown, we're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who wants to do more than manage a shift—they want to help build one of downtown Denver's most exciting hotel bar experiences.
This is a hands-on, working supervisor role where you'll:
· Lead bar operations and jump behind the bar when needed.
· Oversee our light food program and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
· Partner with our Sales team to execute meeting and catering events.
· Create bar activations, happy hours, themed events, and local partnerships that bring new energy—and new guests—to W XYZ® Bar.
· Help grow revenue while creating memorable experiences for travelers and locals alike.

Hourly Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience. Tip Eligibility: This is a working supervisor position, providing the opportunity to earn additional income through bar shift tips. The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 to $26.00.
