This role is suited for talented students seeking an entry-level opportunity to assist Fragomen legal teams in preparing and filing visa applications. You may also support the provision of strategic advisory services to meet our clients’ business immigration needs and goals. The role sits within a fast-paced, friendly legal team and provides support in the delivery of our immigration services to our clients, to ensure that strong and positive client relationships with both our corporate and individual clients are maintained. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a global firm, with exposure to a range of clients from blue chip companies to start-ups, enabling you to develop valuable skills for a legal career. This role requires a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently through quickly learning specific processes and procedures. Candidates will also have good client service and communications skills, as interaction with corporate clients, visa applicants and internal stakeholders may be required. We are looking for candidates who: Are enrolled in a law degree (preferable) or working towards studying law Have client service orientated skills Have excellent attention to detail, with strong time management skills and are self-motivated Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a broader team Have the ability to follow process and procedures Possess strong MS Office skills Strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel data reconciliation Prior administration experience is highly desirable but not compulsory.
