Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Transformation Enablement Lead to accelerate how our organization uses artificial intelligence to transform the way we work.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, AI tools, and software development. Your mission is to ensure our company extracts maximum value from the AI platforms we have already built while identifying the data and capability gaps needed to take us further.
You will not be responsible for building production systems. Instead, you will learn them deeply, help teams use them effectively, and translate business needs into scalable technical opportunities.
You will also play a critical role in keeping our development team focused and agile by ensuring that requests coming from the business are well-formed, scalable, and strategically aligned rather than fragmented one-off requests.

- Master the AI tools, data systems, and internal platforms our company has built
- Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities and experiment with new workflows

Drive AI Transformation Across the Business
- Work directly with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can dramatically improve workflows
- Help teams move from ideas to real AI-enabled solutions using existing tools
- Lead hands-on enablement sessions where employees learn to use AI to solve their own problems
- Foster a culture where AI becomes a daily productivity multiplier
Master Prompt Engineering and AI Workflows
- Develop deep expertise in prompt engineering and AI interaction patterns
- Build reusable prompt frameworks and internal prompt libraries
- Teach teams how to effectively collaborate with AI systems
- Establish standards for reliable and repeatable AI-driven outputs
Translate Business Needs into Scalable Solutions
- Act as the bridge between business teams and developers

- Protect developer focus by filtering and refining incoming ideas from the business
