Lead a 200-person, non-union manufacturing plant in Southern Mississippi focused on heavy fabrication and assembly operations. You will join a stable, multi-plant manufacturer with more than 60 years of history and strong municipal and government customers.

  • Have led a 150–300 employee manufacturing plant with full P&L ownership and consistently delivered on cost, quality, and on-time performance in a non-union setting.
  • Bring deep experience in heavy fabrication and complex assembly, such as welding, metal forming, machining, or automotive assembly, and know how to run high-mix, project-based operations.
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, improve first-pass yield, and build a strong safety-first culture.
  • Lead with integrity, accountability, and a team-first mindset that aligns with a values-driven culture focused on doing the right thing every time.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Full operational and financial ownership of a complex fabrication and assembly plant.
  • Long-term career growth with a multi-plant manufacturer expanding its footprint and investing in new facilities.
  • More than six decades of operating history with stable municipal and government customers that provide consistent demand.
  • A high-integrity leadership team and team-oriented culture built on clear values, accountability, and shared success.
  • TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU’LL NEED:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and at least 5–7 years in a senior plant or operations leadership role overseeing large teams in heavy fabrication or complex assembly environments.
