SUMMARY
Lead large, complex defense programs from kickoff to delivery. Join a mid-sized U.S. defense contractor serving aerospace and mission systems. This role oversees cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, and customer success across multiple programs.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; master’s preferred. 10 years of progressive program or project management experience, including 4 years leading cross-functional teams or multi-contract efforts. Experience with government/defense programs, EVMS or similar controls, and supplier management. Active or attainable security clearance strongly preferred.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
