Bi-County is a regional public education collaborative in the Eastern Massachusetts area serving over 60 public school communities, with 20 member school districts.

Bi-County offers a range of services including professional learning opportunities for educators, special education and alternative education programs for students with disabilities, as well as in-district consultation.
The Bi-County Board of Directors is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic educational leader with excellent communication and management skills to lead this long-standing, successful organization.
Purpose:
Serve as the chief administrative officer of the Bi-County Area Collaborative and through strong, skillful and dynamic leadership, assumes responsibility for the overall planning, development, operation and performance of the organization
Qualifications:
Education & Experience1. Five years proven, successful leadership experience in an educational setting 2.
Excellent academic credentials; Minimum earned Masters Degree in Education Administration or a related field. 3.
Massachusetts certification as Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent or Supervisor/DirectorReports to:
