What You'll Do:
Connect with Customers: Welcome guests to the showroom, listen to their needs, and help them find the perfect Subaru.
Become the Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our vehicle lineup, cutting-edge technology, and safety features (we provide the training!).
Drive the Process: Guide customers through test drives, present pricing options clearly, and celebrate with them when they get the keys.
Build Relationships: Follow up with past buyers to ensure they love their ride and build a loyal referral network.
What We Are Looking For:
Outstanding communication and people skills (if you can strike up a conversation with anyone, you're a great fit).
A positive, self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn.
Basic computer literacy for tracking customer appointments.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required-we will train the right personality!
