In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our digital and phone inquiries, shaping positive client interactions from the very beginning. You will guide customers through their early buying cycle, answer questions about our inventory, and ensure they are connected with the right team members. What Your Day Will Look Like

• DigitalPhone Engagement: Respond promptly to all incoming internet inquiries, emails, phone calls, and online live chats.

• Relationship Building: Provide continuous, helpful follow-up with customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey to build trust.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments for clients and accurately route them to the appropriate sales staff.

• Data Management: Utilize our dealership database to log all customer interactions, track appointments, and update detailed communication notes.

• Inventory Knowledge: Stay up to date on current inventory, dealership specials, and promotions to convey accurate info to guests.
