What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day fabrication and welding operations
- Coach, mentor, and support a hardworking team
- Keep projects on track, on budget, and on schedule
- Improve workflows, efficiency, and productivity
- Champion safety, quality, and craftsmanship
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and leadership to deliver outstanding results
