Our client, a boutique bi-coastal talent agency representing high-profile creatives and tastemakers, is seeking a driven Talent Agent to join their NY based team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a roster of talent and creative professionals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential client relationships
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients
- Assist with negotiating deals, managing contracts, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with brands, agencies, and external partners to support campaigns and collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships across fashion, media, entertainment, and related industries
- Track client activity, communications, and project updates in an organized and timely manner
- Contribute to business development efforts and support broader company initiatives as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging talent, and cultural developments
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable handling negotiations, partnerships, and client-facing communication
- Knowledge of current trends across fashion, media, entertainment, and digital platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, collaborative, and proactive approach to work
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or creative professionals preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a client-service environment
