About the Role
Our client, a contemporary women’s brand is opening a new location in the Scottsdale market and is seeking a Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of the boutique. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on sales, client experience, team development, and operational execution
.What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front on the sales floor, driving results through an elevated and personalized client experience
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Build and develop a loyal client base through relationship-building and client outreach initiatives
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and daily processes
- Manage financial components such as scheduling, expense control, and overall store performance
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Partner cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives and ensure brand consistency

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
