Our client, a boutique fine jewelry brand, is seeking a General Manager to join their Boston team and lead their Newbury Street location!
Responsibilities:
- Drive overall store sales and performance while maintaining a strong client experience.
- Lead by example on the sales floor and support the team in achieving store goals.
- Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing development of the team.
- Maintain a positive, client-focused store environment and build strong customer relationships.
- Support local outreach and initiatives to increase store awareness and traffic.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and general store standards.
- Monitor sales and team performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience
- Proven experience leading, training, and developing a team.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work effectively on the sales floor.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in jewelry or high-touch retail is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Full Time On Site.
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 bonus
