About the Job

Our client, a prestigious global luxury brand, is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Sales Associate to join its Client Relations team in Las Vegas. This hybrid position combines luxury customer service, digital sales, and relationship management across phone, email, live chat, and other online channels. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, customer service, or a contact center environment who can deliver an elevated client experience while identifying opportunities to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service and sales support across phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally while conducting outbound follow-up to develop ongoing client relationships
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Process merchandise orders originating through phone and online channels with a high level of accuracy
• Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-up and proactive clienteling
• Maintain accurate client information within CRM and customer management systems
• Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding products, availability, services, launches, and other customer inquiries
• Partner with retail locations and internal teams to coordinate referrals and fulfill client requests
• Meet established sales goals, service expectations, KPIs, and response standards
• Stay current on product knowledge, launches, campaigns, and internal processes
• Support special projects and outbound clienteling initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer service, retail, a contact center, or a related client-facing environment
• Luxury retail or e-commerce experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sales ability with experience identifying customer needs and closing sales
• Ability to provide polished service to discerning luxury clientele
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email, live chat, social media, and virtual channels
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Salesforce, CRM, email, or chat management platform experience is a plus
• SAP experience and knowledge of luxury jewelry, timepieces, or gemstones are pluses
• Keyboarding speed of at least 50 WPM
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Additional languages and experience serving an international clientele are a plus
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a hybrid position based in Las Vegas. Candidates must have flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role operates within an omnichannel client service environment and requires comfort managing multiple customer interactions and digital platforms throughout the day.
