About Our Client
Our client, a iconic luxury accessories brand, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead their Northeast territory—one of the most dynamic and opportunity-rich regions in the country. This role oversees a team of approximately 8 Account Executives across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. This is not a role focused on managing activity—it’s about building people, strengthening territories, and growing meaningful retail partnerships over time.
Salary: $150k-$200k bonus benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Account Executives: Coach AEs to operate as trusted advisors through in-store, real-time mentoring, business analysis, and territory strategy.
- Strengthen Territories: Build balanced, productive territories by growing existing accounts and opening high-quality new accounts.
- Partner with Retailers: Collaborate alongside AEs to improve sell-through, curate assortments, and drive retailer success.
- Drive Growth: Expand key accounts ($25K ), increase shipments, and deliver consistent, sustainable performance.
- Lead Through Culture: Model a relationship-driven approach, reinforce storytelling, and foster strong internal and external partnerships.
