Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of seasonal assortments across multiple product categories
- Analyze emerging trends and market direction to inform product strategy and design alignment
- Partner with internal teams including design, production, and sales to bring product from concept through final delivery
- Contribute to building cohesive line plans that support financial objectives and growth initiatives
- Help guide color, print, and overall product direction in collaboration with design teams
- Manage key milestones within the development calendar to ensure timely execution
- Work closely with production on approvals related to materials, trims, and finished product
- Maintain organization across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and overall efficiency
Qualifications:
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or a related product-focused role
- Background working within the Juniors market or similar customer segment
- Strong eye for trend with the ability to translate ideas into commercially viable product
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop)
$70k-100k depending on experience.
