Our client, a luxury boutique and café, is looking for a professional and dependable temp-to-hire Cafe server with elevated experience to join their Costa Mesa, CA team! Fine dining experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers: Greet clients warmly and provide menus.
- Take orders: Take orders for food and drinks, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
- Communicate with kitchen: Pass orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks: Deliver food and drinks to customers with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Check in with customers: Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments: Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Help with opening and closing: Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must have fine dining experience.
- Must be okay with 6 month – 1 year assignment with the potential to become a permanent employee.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Costa Mesa, CA.
