Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support day-to-day people operations and long-term workforce planning

• Evaluate team performance and support growth planning for key talent
• Lead organizational changes and transitions with minimal disruption
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention

• Experience in human resources, talent, or people operations within a retail or consumer-facing environment
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and performance management
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
