Our client, a globally established multi-brand apparel company with a strong presence across wholesale and value-driven retail channels, is seeking a Director of Off-Price Sales to lead national growth within the value segment. This role will focus on driving high-volume business, managing key partnerships, and executing strategic initiatives across the off-price landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead national sales strategy within the off-price and value retail channel
- Build and maintain relationships with key buyers and decision-makers across major accounts
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships
- Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization
- Partner with internal teams to align product assortment, pricing, and inventory strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing structures to inform strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, and production teams
- Travel as needed to support account management and business development
Qualifications
- 8 years of wholesale sales experience, specifically within off-price or value retail channels (required)
- Proven track record managing national accounts in high-volume retail environments
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, inventory flow, and retail math
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and scale business within the off-price channel
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Bachelor’s degree required
