Title: Assistant Boutique Manager, Timepiece
Compensation: $70k-$75k Bonus & Commission
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the boutique, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, overseeing daily operations, and fostering an environment that reflects the brand’s values of quality, craftsmanship, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager on business strategy and performance objectives, including sales monitoring, KPI tracking, outreach planning, and client activation initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations such as inventory management, visual merchandising, back-of-house organization, hospitality replenishment, vendor coordination, and reporting compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team to ensure ongoing professional growth and consistent achievement of performance goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to build and execute client relationship strategies and CRM action plans to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Actively participate in the sales floor experience — delivering personalized service, cultivating long-term client relationships, and contributing to store sales targets.
