What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apparel Graphic Artist position at Fourth Floor?
Our fashion client is seeking a TEMP Apparel Graphic Artist for about 6 weeks long. This will be fully onsite in Downey.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop original clean, modern graphic artwork that reflect the brand aesthetic across all apparel
- Translate design direction, mood boards, and seasonal inspiration into elevated graphic executions for their apparel product
- Prepare accurate and production-ready files, including color separations, repeats, and print/embellishment specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Technical Design, and Production teams to ensure artwork aligns with garment construction, fabric capabilities, and brand standards.
- Research and stay current on graphic, print, and typography trends relevant to the premium apparel space
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring all artwork adheres to brand guidelines and seasonal calendars.
- Review strike-offs, samples, and lab dips, providing clear feedback to vendors to ensure high-quality execution
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, including artwork, mockups, and print references.
