About the Role

Four Winds Staffing is hiring four (4) Certified Nursing Assistants to support the Jicarilla Service Unit (JSU) of the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service in Dulce, New Mexico. In this role you will provide compassionate, hands-on outpatient and urgent-care support to roughly 4,000 American Indian/Alaska Native beneficiaries of the Jicarilla Apache Nation.

This is a stable, Monday–Friday day-shift contract with a predictable 40-hour week — no nights, no weekends, no on-call. With a one-year base period and up to four annual renewals, this is a rare opportunity for CNAs who want long-term consistency, federal-contract experience, and meaningful work in an underserved community.

Four Winds Staffing handles credentialing, fingerprinting, onboarding, payroll, and ongoing support — so you can focus on patient care.
