Front of House Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Manager, who will provide a welcoming, well-kept, and upbeat office environment to provide a comfortable and professional office environment for staff and customers. The Front of House Manager will also be responsible for general office management tasks such as signing for packages, answering and directing phone calls to the proper party, help collect items such as rent checks or keys from our residents. Our commitment involves actively fostering an environment built on trust and self-reliance, encouraging autonomy and providing robust support systems. Job Responsibilities
Create a Warm and Welcoming Environment for everyone
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm, kindness, courtesy, and hospitality
- Open and Close the office each business day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the office
- Coordinate office decoration throughout year keeping up with seasons/holidays
- Take out trash and recycling daily
- Tidy up after guests
Office Management
- Sign for packages, manage mail pickup, and couriers
- Open bills and forward necessary items to correct location
- Manage rent/money order drop-offs
- Manage Inventory of office and kitchen supplies. Purchase bi-monthly orders of suppllies
- Ensure things get fixed around the office
Communication Skills
- Answer phone calls and direct phone traffic
- Handle phone conversations, quickly and kindly
- Monitor and assist in voicemail management
Property Management Assistance
- Speak confidently to customers who need help moving in.
- Verify that keys are accurate.
- Ensure units are ready for move in before giving keys to residents
- Collect keys from move-outs, utilize move-out sheet and envelopes
- Review any account balances with residents who are moving out.
- Assist with Leasing Efforts when needed
Other Duties as Assigned
Basic Requirements and Work Experience
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree or above is preferred.
- Prior working experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Must have very strong organization and multi-tasking ability.
- Familiarity with MS Office and/or Yardi software is preferred.
- Must possess a customer service orientated mindset
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- A willingness to come in every day and help us improve upon what we did yesterday.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
- Will require driving between company locations.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Rate with a range of $25.00-$28.00 per hour
