We are looking for a full-time Front of House Manager that will lead our FOH staff. You will oversee our FOH staff and the daily operations of our business, as well as plan for the future. We are looking for someone that is well-organized, solution based and positive, with a focus on operations and staff management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. We prefer that you have a minimum of 2 years of working in the restaurant industry. Ideally we are looking for someone with management experience. We need to see that you have a depth of knowledge of the restaurant business and are skilled at working with a team of people.

• Understanding of POS systems
  
• Cash handling skills
  
• Able to work full-time year round, including holidays and weekends (40 hours/week)
  
• Able to open and close the restaurant
  
• Able to work on your feet for full days and lift 25lbs
  
• Reliable transportation in all weather conditions
  

• $65,000-$70,000 base salary annually, based on experience, skills, and time commitment
