Job Title: Office / Production Manager (Plumbing)

Pay Rate: 55K-75K based on experience
Position Summary:
Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is growing — and we’re looking for an Office / Production Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the plumbing production team to ensure jobs are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently. This role serves as a key link between field teams and office departments, ensuring seamless communication, effective scheduling, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch plumbing installation jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for service technicians and installers
- Coordinate and lead team meetings to align priorities, communicate updates, and drive performance
- Collaborate with permitting and parts departments to ensure all job requirements are in place prior to production
- Work closely with office staff to maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational issues quickly
- Track job status and proactively address delays or scheduling conflicts
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication across all departments
- Support continuous improvement of processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services operations preferred
- Strong scheduling and dispatching experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/dispatching software
