Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Bedford Park, IL
Hiring Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking dedicated, dependable Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about customer advocacy and problem resolution and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support Customers: Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs while ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide Solutions: Help identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate follow-up or resolution.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold Four Seasons’ service standards while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior customer service experience with a demonstrated record of reliability and professionalism.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
