This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Sales Specialist based in Cinnaminson, NJ, with a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Commercial Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering effective sales presentations, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. Daily tasks involve discovering and pursuing sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and progress.
- Experience in Sales, including creating and delivering effective Sales Presentations
- Proven ability in New Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and relationship-building
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for achieving targets
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of the HVAC and/or plumbing industry is highly desirable
