Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (150-250/day) to existing and potential customers
- Schedule customers for service, repair or maintenance of HVAC
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred, but not required
