Night Auditor

Job Summary

Front Desk & Guest Services

• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs during night hours in a courteous and professional manner
• Address guest requests, concerns, and service recovery issues promptly
• Ensure VIP and late-arrival guests are properly handled
• Maintain a calm, service-oriented presence during overnight hours

Night Audit & Financial Duties

• Complete nightly audit procedures accurately and on time
• Balance daily hotel transactions, including room revenue, F&B postings, and cashier reports
• Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management
• Ensure accuracy of guest folios and billing

Systems & PMS

• Operate LightSpeed PMS for reservations, billing, room status, and night audit functions
• Ensure system roll-over is completed without errors
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality

Safety, Security & Compliance

• Monitor property security during overnight hours
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents as required
• Ensure compliance with Marriott policies, brand standards, and local regulations

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with morning shift teams regarding guest issues, pending requests, and operational updates
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for early morning priorities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous Marriott hotel experience preferred / required (as per property standards)
• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office or Night Audit experience
• Working knowledge of LightSpeed PMS is required
• Basic accounting or audit knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts

Work Schedule

• Overnight / Night shift, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
